All accessible parts inspected, where possible. Where nec, endoscopes and thermal imaging cameras may be used. HHSRS Assessments calculated logarithmically. All Surveys and Assessments produced properly, in easy to understand format, to help understand nature of condition and defects. Where specialist advice is required, recommendations will be made.
Fairly good condition overall, has matured reasonably well. Some surface areas showing signs of wear, some evidence of failure of the roof covering. The windows have recently been double-glazed, and can be seen through easily. All services are in good working order, although some parts cannot be seen because they are beneath surfaces. In summary, stands out as a very good example of its type, and can be relied upon.
